Han's version of the Perfect BBQ
There's nothing more than I love than the smell of meat cooking away on a BBQ so to celebrate the sun shining bright, the skies being blue and finally being able to go out without a coat, here is my version of the perfect Barbie!

Standard meat without fail of course are Sausages & Burgers and my absolute FAVOURITE Jerk seasoned Chicken, YES PLEASE!!

Homemade Coleslaw (made with Natural Yoghurt), Potato Salad (made with Mayo and Mustard) and a Salad, which I change up every time, but today I used Spinach Leaves, Beetroot, Feta and Cherry Tomatoes, DELISH!

For those of you who don't own a fancy BBQ (like myself) I have always used a desposible, which work just as well!

Since Easter has started I have had 2 BBQ's already, so I think I have kicked off the season pretty well so far.

So whip out your table and chairs, dust off the cobwebs, give your BBQ  a clean (or just go and buy one) and lets get grilling!
