Rosemary Blueberry Smash

7-8 blueberries
1 rosemary sprig, stripped
1 ounce honey syrup
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
4 ounces sparkling mineral water
Ice

Lavender Lemonade

6 cups of water
1/2 cup light coloured honey
1/3 cup dried lavender
1 cup fresh lemon juice
Ice

Strawberry Chamomile “Martini”

1 ounce elderflower cordial
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce ginger beer
4 ounces chamomile
1 strawberry
5 mint leaves
orange & lemon wedge
Ice

Coconut, Cucumber, Lime & Mint Cooler

4 cups of water
2 cucumbers slices very thinly
1/2 cup of lime juice
1/4 cup of sugar (optional)
1/4 cup of chopped mint leaves
